Entry Requirements

Ticket pricing:

• £2.99 — 1 ticket
• £5.99 — 3 tickets
• £11.99 — 8 tickets

Unlimited entries per person are permitted. All entries are non-transferable except as stated in the refund policy below. The promoter may verify entrant details at any time without notice.

Draw Schedule

Draws run every Friday at 7pm on schedule regardless of total tickets sold. No minimum ticket threshold is required for the draw to take place. All valid entries — paid and free combined — are included in every scheduled Friday draw.

Winners — Scaling Structure

The number of £3,000 winners scales with total tickets sold as follows:

• 1 to 6,000 tickets = 1 winner receiving £3,000
• 6,001 to 12,000 tickets = 2 winners each receiving £3,000
• 12,001 to 18,000 tickets = 3 winners each receiving £3,000
• One additional £3,000 winner for each further complete 6,000 tickets sold

Prize

Each winner receives £3,000 cash paid via direct bank transfer. No alternative prizes or cash equivalents are available. Prize payment is subject to satisfactory completion of any required verification.

Winner Selection

Each valid ticket is assigned a unique number. Winners are selected using a certified random number generator. Draws may be recorded or livestreamed for full transparency. The promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to winner selection.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry. Winners who do not respond within 7 days of notification will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected. The prize will be awarded only after any required age or identity verification has been completed satisfactorily.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

• The promoter permanently cancels the draw with no rescheduled date
• An accidental purchase is reported to us within 24 hours of the transaction

All other entries and ticket purchases are non-refundable once submitted.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds may take up to 5 to 7 business days to appear depending on your bank. The promoter is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment processors outside our control.

In the event of permanent draw cancellation, all participants will receive a full refund and will be notified by email. Tickets purchased prior to cancellation will not be valid for any future draws.

Fraudulent or Misused Entries

Entries submitted with false or misleading information may be cancelled or refunded at the promoter's discretion. The promoter may request verification of any entry at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation of the entry without refund. Suspected fraud or systematic misuse may result in entries being voided and users being permanently blocked from the platform.

Fraud and Misuse

The promoter reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any entry at their discretion
• Request identity or age verification from any entrant
• Block any user found to be providing false information
• Void any prize claim where entry requirements have not been met

Affiliate and Referral Program

An optional affiliate program is available. Full terms governing commission payments, the referrer winner bonus, data handling and program rules are set out separately in the Affiliate Program Terms and Privacy document available at gizit.uk. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to those terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Liability

The promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Internet or payment system failures outside our reasonable control
• Incorrect personal or payment details provided by entrants or affiliates
• Delays caused by third-party banking, email or payment processing systems
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the website

Responsible Play

Ticket Confirmation

After purchase you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique ticket number or numbers. Keep this email — it is your proof of entry into the draw.

Multiple Winners

Every additional 6,000 tickets sold unlocks one further £3,000 winner. Each winner is drawn separately via an independent random process.

• 12,000 tickets = 2 winners each receiving £3,000
• 18,000 tickets = 3 winners each receiving £3,000

Winner Selection

All valid tickets are assigned unique numbers. Winners are selected using a certified random number generator. Draws may be recorded or livestreamed for full transparency. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry.

Prize Delivery

Each winner receives £3,000 cash paid via direct bank transfer. Proof of age — confirming the winner is aged 18 or over — may be requested prior to payment. Winners who do not respond within 7 days of being contacted will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected.

Referral & Affiliate Program

The Referrer Winner Bonus

• If a customer you referred wins a draw prize, you will receive an additional bonus payment
• Bonus amount and terms communicated at time of program joining

Affiliate Rules

You must not:

• Use spam, misleading advertisements or unethical tactics of any kind

Violation of any rule may lead to immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Termination

Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. Immediate termination may be applied in cases of serious breach. All valid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in full.
